Digital Files - Van Floor - I30 Hyundai / Starex / H300 / H100- digital files

We offer you high-quality CNC files for cutting the floor in three sections - that can easily be cut on a full sheet router.  There is also a dimpled flooring pattern to provide some more grip for those who like this option.  This pattern has been used by us with customers vans for both flooring and also an underlay (we used a harder plastic underlay around 2mm thick which was taped together to match our plywood floor that went on top)

Our files are designed with attention to detail and functionality, ensuring their versatile use in various environments - catering for access to

• spare wheel mechanism (to raise and lower the spare wheel)
• fuel tank - removable panel to allow access to Hyundai in tank fuel pump and fuel filter.  (Note - many flooring systems do not do this!)
• Standard flooring tie down points. - note - You will need to get 10mm x 50mm bolts - BUT remember to get FINE pitch threads - NOT standard coarse pitch metric threads.  M10 x 1.25mm x 50mm
• Standard safety screens - These files allow for the fitment of the standard safety screen to integrate with the flooring system.

Recommendations -

machine up an underlay from coreflute / thin plastic - provides economical underlay AND allows for fine 'adjustments' of CNC files if needed for aftermarket options / variations in accessories.

pre - order bolts to fit the standard tie down points.  Order M10 x 1.25mm x 50mm bolts to suit - also I recommend using thread locking compound.

Use the 'dimpled' counterbored holes to screw into the flooring along the 'join' of the sheet to best 'hide' fixings. (check before using any fixing to the floor)
